This is a great opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor looking to develop their skills and broaden their experiences in an environment that instils individual and team-based progression.

The Role:

My client is seeking an ambitious and determined Project Quantity Surveyor to join their ever-growing team in Leeds. The successful Quantity Surveyor will be carrying a wide variety of projects, with sectors including but not limited to Residential, Commercial, Education and Regeneration. They will need to be confident in running projects autonomously and being the main point of contact between clients and contractors.

The Candidate:

· Consultancy background is preferred, candidates with a mixed professional background will definitely be considered.

· Currently pursuing your APC (desired, not essential)

· Knowledge of the full construction process, from inception to completion.

· Experience with projects in Property based sectors.
