A temporary HR Coordinator role to support the HR team of a Global Business Advisory with day-to-day administrative tasks through a busy period with deadlines. Excellent opportunity for Administrators/ Coordinators with a keen interest in HR looking for a varied and busy role. The environment is fast-paced and dynamic so the successful candidate must have excellent attention to detail and have the drive and energy necessary to deliver exceptional results!
Duties will be:
- Maintenance of databases
- Daily admin support of scanning, printing and binding of docs
- Scheduling meetings
- Production of reports, spreadsheets and docs
- Arching and compliance
- Assisting with HR Admin (new starters / L&D / reward)
Previous experience in an Administrative role is necessary to hit the ground running. You must be confident with Microsoft Office software, in particular Word, Excel and Outlook. Any experience of working with a HR system would be advantageous (specifically Oracle).
Excellent time management, organisational skills and outstanding communication skills are necessary for this role.
