The Best Connection are working closely in partnership with our client to source additional HGV 1 (C+E) DRIVERS on a day shift basis to work from their Hartlepool depot.

• Ad Hoc and on going work available - we can work around your availability!

The role:

• Safe operation of Class One vehicle.
• Trunk runs between depots.
• Goods loaded and unloaded by Fork Truck.
• Trailers are double decked curtain-side.

The candidate:

• "C+E" licence with no more than 6 points and no DD or DR endorsements.
• In date CPC and Digi card.
• Minimum of 6 months driving experience.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Mandatory Drug and Alcohol testing

Hours of work:

• Between 05.00 to 17.00 - Day shift (approximate)

Pay Rates:

• £16.94 per hour (PAYE) for all hours plus paid pro-rata holidays
