Salary: £40, 000 to £43,000 + Van & Fuel

Day to Day duties of a Multi Trader:

Carpentry Repairs
Painting and decorating e.g. small paint jobs
Plumbing Repairs
UPVC: Repair of windows & doors
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications) of a Multi Trader:

Social Housing Experience (5 years exp min)
City & Guilds / NVQ - Primary Trade
Full UK Drivers License (no more than 6 points)
