HVAC Contract / Operations / Project Manager (Mechanical Bias)

We're seeking an experienced Contract / Operations / Project Manager with a mechanical bias to lead and deliver HVAC projects across a diverse range of commercial and industrial sites.

The Role

Manage multiple HVAC installation, maintenance, and upgrade projects simultaneously.

Oversee project delivery from planning and procurement through to completion and handover.

*

Lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

*

Control budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.

*

Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and contract growth.

*

Drive operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement.

The Ideal Candidate

*

Proven experience in HVAC / Mechanical Project or Contract Management.

*

Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems — heating, ventilation, and air conditioning.

*

Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.

*

Commercially astute with experience managing budgets and contractual obligations.

*

Relevant mechanical or HVAC qualifications (HNC / NVQ / City & Guilds / Degree).

*

Full UK driving licence.
