Freelance Site Manager - Nottingham (1 Week Cover, Immediate Start)

We are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to provide 1 week's cover on a commercial build project in Nottingham, starting ASAP.

Key Responsibilities:

* Overseeing day-to-day site operations

* Managing subcontractors and ensuring work is delivered to programme

* Maintaining high standards of health & safety on site

* Conducting site inductions and toolbox talks

* Liaising with the project team and reporting progress

Requirements:

* Valid SMSTS certification

* Valid CSCS card

* First Aid at Work certificate

* Proven experience managing commercial construction projects

* Strong organisational and communication skills

Details:

* Location: Nottingham

* Duration: 1 week cover

* Start: Immediate

* Rate: £300 - £330 per day

* Payment: CIS (Umbrella)
