Payroll & HR Lead
Liverpool - £45,000pa
We are working closely with a fantastic client based in Liverpool looking for an experienced Payroll Lead/Manager with some experience working with/in HR.
The successful candidate will have some flexibility to work from home e.g. 1 day week and the role is permanent, full time.
Responsibilities of the role:
* Support with end to end/completion of payroll and support the wider team with yearly/monthly payroll reconciliations.
* Support and advise managers on polices, procedures and processes and update when required.
* Support with the recruitment/onboarding/inductions.
* Support with HR processes which will include disciplinaries, grievances, absence management etc.
Requirements:
* Extensive experience in a Payroll Lead/Manager role overseeing HR/working closely with HR also.
* Relevant qualifications.
* Hands on extremely motivated professional.
* Previous Payroll Management and HR Management experience
