This is a fantastic opportunity to play a strategic role in supporting educational excellence through financial leadership. The RoleAs Finance Business Partner, you'll lead financial operations across a group of academies, working closely with Headteachers and Education Directors to shape budgets, monitor performance, and drive financial sustainability. You'll provide insightful analysis, ensure compliance, and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

• Lead budget planning and financial forecasting
• Produce monthly management accounts and performance reports
• Advise on financial strategy and scenario planning
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and audit requirements
• Build strong relationships with academy leaders and stakeholders
• Line manage and develop the finance hub team

What We're Looking For

• Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA, ICAEW)
• Minimum 3 years' experience in finance, including business partnering
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to influence and collaborate across teams
• Passion for education and public service
