About the Role
We are recruiting experienced Support Workers and Carers to support children with complex needs in their own homes across York.

This is consistent, one‑to‑one care — not agency hopping — with full clinical support and training provided.

Experience We're Looking For ✅ Experience supporting children or young people
✅ Background in SEN, Ventilation care, PEG feeding, epilepsy, or Tracheostomy
✅ Confident working independently with family support
✅ NVQ Level 2/3 (desirable, not essential)

Clinical Training Provided 🔹 PEG feeding
🔹 Epilepsy care
🔹 Oxygen / ventilation (where required)
🔹 Autism & behaviour support
🔹 Full competency sign‑off by our clinical team
