Company Description:

A leading manufacturer in its field is looking to recruit a HSE Manager to join their team.

You will be responsible for leading all HSE aspects across UK manufacturing & office facilities and UK field-based teams, ensuring legal compliance.

Responsibilities as HSE Manager:

* Be responsible and the go-to person for company's sites HSE Management

* Ensure all activities and the plant are always legally HSE compliant.

* Maintain ISO management systems

* Lead investigations for incidents or near misses

* Manage HSE inspections and audits

* Manage contractors - RAMS, permit-to-work and on-site supervision

Requirements as HSE Manager:

* NEBOSH Certificate

* Experience in a similar role within the manufacturing / engineering industry.

* Strong background in risk assessment, ISO systems (45001/14001), incident investigation, and compliance management

* Occasional travel to other sites will be required
