Key Responsibilities:

As Operations Manager, you'll take the lead on delivering high standards across multiple sites in Bristol:

Oversee the day-to-day delivery of a multi-site contract, ensuring compliance and performance
Manage budgets, financial performance, and long-term planning
Lead, support, and develop site-based teams and supervisors
Ensure health & safety and statutory requirements are consistently met
Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Monitor KPIs and SLAs, driving continuous improvement across services
Manage suppliers and subcontractors to maintain service quality
Lead regular performance reviews and operational meetings

What we're looking for:

To succeed as an Operations Manager in Bristol, you'll bring:

Proven experience as an operations manager within a PFI or similar environment
Strong leadership skills, managing teams across multiple locations
Experience overseeing budgets and delivering against financial targets
A technical or FM qualification (such as IWFM or NEBOSH preferred)
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
A proactive, organised approach with a focus on service delivery
