HLTA / ECT - Primary School - BL3

This is a great opportunity for either:

a confident HLTA looking for a long-term role with responsibility, or

an ECT seeking valuable classroom experience in a supportive school environment.

The Role:

Supporting and/or leading learning within the classroom

Delivering pre-planned lessons where required

Working with individuals and small groups to raise attainment

Supporting classroom behaviour and routines

Contributing to a positive, inclusive learning environment

Working closely with teaching staff and the wider school team

Requirements:

HLTA qualification or QTS (ECTs welcome to apply)

Experience within a primary school setting

Strong communication and classroom management skills

A positive, flexible, and proactive approach
