Role: RGN - Nurse
Location: Bridgend, Cardiff
Salary: £16.00 per hour (£31,200 per annum plus excellent benefits)
Hours: Full Time, 36.75 Per week, rotational days and nights.

We are looking for an enthusiastic RGN Nurse, who wants career progression, where they will be working for one of the largest independent healthcare providers in a luxury and award winning care facilities. Staff are key so you can expect outstanding ongoing training, subsided meals, and the ability to make decisions while leading a small team.

The facility has 52 beds in total split in the following way:

-17 beds on the residential unit
-35 bedded nursing unit

As an RGN Nurse you will be working solely on the Nursing unit. You will have competitive nurse to patient ratio levels; the service has 2 nurses on days with 11 carers, a Clinical lead Deputy; you will be required to work alternative day to night rotas on a 12 hour shift pattern.

You will be developed by your Clinical Manager into completing a lengthy classroom and supervisory induction and will be promoted to complete training specific to your unit alongside any general nursing training you require to upskill; you will also be endorsed to

This role will be suitable for any RGN Nurse who wants the ability to implement changes while you showing your expertise in leadership as you manage a team of carers. As an RGN Nurse you will have supernumerary time to work on dedicated care planning, medication and Stock ordering and replenishment.

Successful candidates will be subject to Enhanced DBS checks
