£60,000 - £63,000 + £4,500 car allowance

On behalf of a leading care organisation, I am looking to recruit a Quality Assurance Manager covering the South East, providing support to Home Managers to achieve the best results and care experience for Residents.

As Quality Assurance Manager you will work in partnership with the Regional Manager to support Home Managers and develop services to deliver the highest quality of care and quality of life for Residents. Develop and deliver action plans for all internal and external inspections. My client aims to keep all employees as close to home as possible so this opportunity would involve less travel than most positions.

•Experienced Home Manager
•RGN/ RMN
•Experience of improving services and can prove quality assurance experience
•Project management and planning skills
•Good team building and leadership skills
•Ability to prioritise and plan time effectively
•Able to identify indicators of poor performance and poor quality and act effectively
•Ability to analyse management
•Experience of managing a complex home or group of homes
•Has led diverse teams and delivered good quality and commercial results
