Purchase Ledger Clerk

SALARY: £20000 - £22000/annum

My client is seeking a Purchase Ledger / Accounts Payable Clerk to join a very busy finance department.

You will ideally have at least two years of relevant experience for this position as they want someone who can hit the ground running.

Duties include:

• Processing invoices to ensure timely payment.

• Ownership of an allocated set of suppliers, including accountability for any unpaid invoices.

• Data entry of invoices.

• Statement reconciliation.

• Clearing invoices.

As well as experience in a similar role you will also have good Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and Vlookups.
