Are you a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Nurse looking for a new opportunity? We've got an exciting role available at a leading healthcare provider in Edgbaston, Birmingham. This full-time, permanent role offers an annual salary of up to £40,000 depending on experience. As a Senior Staff Nurse, you'll have the opportunity to provide leadership to the nursing team, championing patient safety and dignity. As a Senior Staff Nurse, your duties will include:

  • Providing leadership and support for staff and acting as a champion for residents’ safety and dignity.
  • Ensuring the ongoing safety of service users, residents, staff, and visitors through systematic assessment, monitoring, and reviewing processes.
  • Taking charge of the unit regularly and in the absence of the management team, accepting responsibility for the smooth and effective running of the unit.
  • Helping to maintain the security of the building and its environment.
