Service Control Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee phone and admin teams within Service Control
Manage team performance, motivation and day-to-day operations
Monitor SLAs, call response times and customer service targets
Handle complaints escalations and ensure swift resolution
Plan team availability to meet service levels
Conduct monthly 1:1s, return-to-work and performance meetings
Set clear team objectives and timelines for task completion
Deliver weekly performance reports to senior leadership
Create and maintain departmental SOPsWhat We're Looking For:

Minimum 2 years' experience in a Team Leader role within a call centre
Strong command of call centre tools and performance tracking systems
High attention to detail and exceptional multi-tasking ability
Calm, patient and professional under pressure
Able to motivate and inspire team members to achieve shared goalsWhat's in It for You:
