Sales and Account Manager
Salary: £27,000 + uncapped commission (c £60,000 + per year)
Location: Wilmslow
Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm
 
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and committed professional executive with a keen interest in working within the rapidly growing education sector.
Our client is one of the leading providers of conferences, training events and student sessions in secondary education, with a national reputation for high quality professional development opportunities.
Excellent consultative negotiation and sales skills are therefore necessary, as is the demonstrated ability to manage a large amount of clients and consistently meet and exceed targets. Exceptional communication skills are also crucial when building and maintaining strong working relationships with both clients and colleagues.
 
Daily duties include:

Responsible for promoting, selling, and negotiating conferences, courses, and training events to both new and existing customers.
Generating new and repeat business, you will be responsible for a territory of customers, providing proactive customer service whilst maintaining high sales standards.
Maintaining excellent knowledge of local area and competitors.
Generating new business.
Building rapport with customers in order to gain trust and confidence.
Showing resilience to successfully close sales over the phone and via email.
Ability to work with a large client base.
Coordinating the efforts of the internal teams to continually deliver value for our clients and maximise the impact we have on their businesses.
Ensure that all relevant information you capture is entered onto the CRM database.
Working to agreed KPI's sales and call targets.
