Head of Music - The Role

A secondary school in Bushey is seeking to appoint a passionate and driven Head of Music to lead its Music department from September on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality Music lessons across Key Stages 3-5, while also leading curriculum development, departmental strategy, and extracurricular provision. You will oversee planning, assessment, and performance outcomes, ensuring students of all abilities are challenged and supported.
