Are you a compassionate, experienced leader looking to make a real impact in children's lives? We're seeking a Registered Manager to lead a well-established 5-bed children's residential home in Exeter, supporting young people with learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage all aspects of the home's operations, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations

· Create a safe, nurturing environment that promotes positive outcomes for children with learning disabilities

· Develop and support a high-performing team, ensuring staff are well-trained, motivated, and child-focused

· Work in close partnership with families, local authorities, and multi-agency professionals

· Drive continuous improvement and innovation in care delivery

Requirements:

· Must hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)

· Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a children's residential setting

· A strong understanding of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding, and person-centred care

· Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills

· Passion for supporting children with learning disabilities to achieve their full potential
