My client is seeking a Senior New Homes Consultant to lead the sales journey from enquiry to completion, delivering a five-star customer experience while driving strong results on-site. You'll be based on a flagship development and play a key role in shaping the buyer experience, mentoring junior team members, and collaborating closely with the wider sales and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional, customer-focused sales experiences from first contact through to completion
Proactively manage leads, follow-ups, and database updates using CRM systems
Convert qualified enquiries into reservations and achieve/exceed monthly sales targets
Provide in-depth knowledge of the development, specification, and build stages
Guide buyers through the entire journey, including legal, mortgage, and customer care touchpoints
Coordinate with site teams to ensure smooth handovers and resolve issues efficiently
Host marketing and launch events, working with the team to drive interest and footfall
Mentor and support junior consultants, sharing best practices and driving standards
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in new homes sales, ideally in a senior or sole-role capacity
Passionate about delivering high levels of customer service and building lasting relationships
Commercially minded with a strong track record of meeting/exceeding targets
Confident using CRM systems and working in a process-driven environment
Strong knowledge of the residential property market and current buying trends
Professional, polished, and personable-you're the face of the brand on-site
