We have been retained by a growing business who have received recent investment to recruit a Financial Controller, based on the outskirts of Milton Keynes.  It's a fantastic opportunity for you to progress hand in hand with the business, and the role that you will play in developing their controls and processes will play a key part in this.  Through a team of ten people you will be responsible for all aspects of balance sheet reconciliation, cashflow reporting and enhancing controls and processes. You will also be at the core of a number of transformation initiatives.  Other aspects will include managing and overseeing risk, taking the lead with all professional relationships (bank, audit, tax) and taking charge of all aspects of revenue and creditor management.
