Diamond Search Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a well-established children's residential care provider for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a children's home (1 opportunity in Stone and 1 opportunity in Stoke-on-Trent).

The Role

Lead and manage a children's residential home

*

Ensure compliance with Children's Homes Regulations and safeguarding standards

*

Deliver high-quality, child-centred care

*

Lead, motivate, and develop a committed staff team

*

Manage budgets, resources, and day-to-day operations

*

Work closely with professionals to achieve positive outcomes

About You

*

Proven experience as a Registered Manager in children's residential care

*

Strong knowledge of safeguarding, legislation, and Ofsted standards

*

Confident, inspirational leadership style

*

Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young People's Workforce

*

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or willingness to work towards)

*

Full UK driving licence
