The Role
Teaching Personnel are seeking passionate and adaptable teachers to work across a range of primary schools in High Wycombe and surrounding areas. As a supply teacher, you'll have the opportunity to step into different classrooms, deliver engaging lessons, and support pupils' learning - all while enjoying the freedom to choose when and where you work.

What We're Looking For

QTS or equivalent teaching qualification (ECTs welcome!)

Strong classroom management skills

A positive, adaptable, and proactive approach

The ability to quickly build rapport with students and staff

Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
