Compass Associates are working with a highly regarded, caring provider that operates a portfolio of care homes across the UK. The company are now looking for a high quality Deputy Manager for their home based just outside of Norwich. &

This is a small purpose built care home that provides nursing and dementia care for elderly people. The home is well known in the area and the company are taking steps to ensure that positive relationships continue with the CQC, local authority and the local community. The home is currently 'Good' in line with CQC and needs a strong Deputy Manager to help take the home to the 'Outstanding' it deserves. &

The Candidate &
The successful candidate must be from an elderly care home background currently working as a Deputy Manager or an experienced Unit Manager seeking a step-up in a service that provides nursing care. &

This candidate must have excellent leadership skills and provide evidence that they have the capability to run a successful care home when the manager is away. This position requires a confident, positive person who can bring new ideas to the home and can work with internal and external professionals to ensure the home remains successful throughout the future. &

Location &
The role is based just outside of Norwich and is commutable from Wroxham, Hemsby, Caister-on-sea, Great Yarmouth, Mundesley, Cromer, Holt, Costessey, Wymondham, Attleborough, Banham, Diss, Eye, Lowestoft and surrounding areas. &
