We're recruiting on behalf of a leading UK organisation for an experienced Dynamics 365 Systems Analyst. This is a permanent, full-time role offering remote working, with occasional travel to the office in Liverpool.

As a Systems Analyst, you'll be a key team member for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation projects and maintain and support legacy systems, using SQL. You'll work closely with business users and technical teams to deliver effective, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Implement, support and enhance Dynamics 365 applications across the business
Maintain and troubleshoot legacy systems using SQL
Translate business requirements into system solutions
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement technical improvements
Assist with testing, documentation, and system configurationSkills & Experience Required:
Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365
Strong knowledge of SQL and legacy systems support
Degree-qualified
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage prioritiesWhat's on Offer:

Remote working with ad hoc travel to Liverpool
9-day fortnight (every other Friday off!)
