Description

Leading on TUPE processes (both in and out)
Reviewing and updating policies in line with evolving employment legislation
Staying ahead of upcoming changes, including the Employment Rights Bill
Providing expert advice on zero-hour contracts and complex ER matters

Profile

Strong HR/ER knowledge and confidence to work independently
A proactive, resilient self-starter who thrives on variety and responsibility
Someone who enjoys collaborating across teams and influencing positive change

Job Offer

Competitive salary of £40,000-£42,000 (DOE)
Flexible working - 3 days in office across our Aston & Digbeth sites.
Wednesday is a required office day
