Permanent position

* Rate of pay £20.18 per hour

* Full-time | Monday-Thursday 8:00am-4:30pm | Friday 8:00am-2:30pm

On-Call & Additional Benefits

* Monthly on-call rota with a £100 call-out bonus (paid whether called out or not)

* Minimum 4 hours paid per call-out, even if the job takes less time

* Van and tools provided

An established Facilities Management provider in the Northeast is seeking a Time Served Electrician to join their team. The business delivers a wide range of services including air conditioning, refrigeration, heating, ventilation, and catering equipment support to a diverse client base.

This is a site-based position involving:

* Electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs

* Diagnosing and troubleshooting faults

* Conducting inspections and preventative maintenance

* Ensuring compliance with current safety standards and regulations

* Working collaboratively to meet service deadlines

What We're Looking For

* Time Served Electrician

* Experience in electrical work, maintenance, and repair

* Fault-finding and troubleshooting skills

* Good understanding of electrical engineering principles

* Relevant electrical qualifications/certifications

* Experience within facilities management or similar sector
