We currently have a vacancy for a Junior Project Manager/Engineer to join the project management team. The Junior Project Manager will be responsible for the full end to end cycle of various smaller scale projects while ensuring Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality compliance is maintained. You will provide outstanding customer service and be effective with communicating with members of the internal Sales and Operations teams to ensure efficient delivery of projects. Experience within engineering, construction or a similar industry is essential for this role but any regulated industry experience would be preferable.

This role would suit someone who is highly organised, proactive, and looking to build on their project management skills.

Duties

- Working with the Sales Team to finalise order details, plan, execute, and finalise projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.

- Conduct project meetings and communicate project status to stakeholders.

- Manage project resources including personnel, equipment, and materials.

- Ensure quality assurance processes are implemented throughout the project lifecycle.

- Monitor and track project progress and handle any issues that arise.

- Prepare and present reports on project progress, risks, and outcomes to management.

- Working with both production and site teams to achieve accurate delivery.

- Build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stake holders.

Key Skills

- Good communication - The role will require regular communication with management and members within the project team, customers and sub-contractors/suppliers.

- Organisation - The role will require someone who can multitask, effectively communicate project progress and maintain customer expectations.

Experience

- Proven experience (3 year minimum) in a project management environment.

- Proficient in using Microsoft Office software.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills
