Building Surveyor

£45,000 - £60,000 + car allowance + bonus

📍 Uckfield, East Sussex

This is a permanent, full-time appointment with a hybrid working arrangement. The role sits within an established independent practice and is suitable for Chartered or Senior-level Building Surveyors, with a broad mix of project and professional instructions and a strong focus on Employer's Agent and Contract Administration work.

🎯 Responsibilities

* Deliver projects across housing, care and education sectors

* Act as Employer's Agent and Contract Administrator on residential-led schemes

* Provide professional services including dilapidations and schedules of condition

* Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure successful delivery

* Support and mentor junior surveyors and apprentices

✅ Requirements

* Degree in Building Surveying or equivalent

* MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor

* Experience delivering Contract Administration and Employer's Agent projects

* Strong technical capability with clear written and verbal communication skills

* Proactive approach with commitment to professional development

💰 Package

* £45,000 - £60,000 basic salary
