Support pupils with a range of SEND needs on a one-to-one or small-group basisFoster an inclusive, safe, and engaging learning environmentAdapt classroom activities to meet individual pupil's needsCollaborate with class teachers, SENCOs, and other support staffWhat you'll need to succeed
