This role is ideally suited to a solicitor who is confident managing their own caseload with minimal supervision and is looking to take on a key position within a supportive and growing team.

The firm has a strong presence in the local market and a loyal client base, offering high-quality legal services across a broad range of private client matters. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an ambitious and capable individual to contribute to the ongoing success of the department.

The Role:

• Managing a varied and high-quality caseload including wills, probate, estate administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and trusts

• Handling files from instruction through to completion with minimal supervision

• Providing clear, practical, and tailored legal advice to clients

• Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships

• Working closely with colleagues while also taking ownership of your own matters

• Playing an active role in the continued growth and development of the private client department

The Candidate:

• Qualified Solicitor with approximately 2-6 years' PQE in private client work

• Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of private client matters

• Ability to manage a full caseload independently and efficiently

• Excellent communication and client care skills

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail

• A proactive and ambitious approach, with a desire to progress long-term
