Nursery Assistants and Nursery Nurses

Are you an experienced & qualified Nursery Assistant or Nursery Nurse?

Are you keen and willing to work from 8am-6pm Monday to Friday?

Here at Remedy Education, we are excited to announce we are continuing to register nursery assistants and nursery nurses who are both willing and wanting to work across East, Southeast and South London with children from 0-5 years old.

Nursery Assistants and Nurses will be required to work on an 8am-6pm time schedule on a full-time basis from Monday to Friday. However, those who want to work part-time days and can fulfill the nursery's opening and closing hours 8am-6pm will also be considered.

Pay Rate: £11-£14 per hour, this can be discussed on the phone.

About the 'Outstanding' Nursery:

The private nursery you would be working in has been rated as 'Outstanding'. The environment of the nursery is within a beautiful and spacious environment including a spacious outdoor section. Nursery rooms are full of colour and vibrant containing the latest facilities including toys and gadgets purposefully to encourage the children's growth and development and ensuring they have best experience at nursery.

All the nurseries are located within areas with brilliant transport links, this includes buses run on a regular basis and multiple train links including London overground and underground services and other facilities. Those who work for the nursery and would want to or prefer to drive will be able to park their car.

Desirable Qualifications and Essential Criteria:

* At least 1 year of experience within the childcare or early years sector

* Willing and have a passion to learn, broaden and expand on experience with a nursery environment.

* At least a level 2 or 3 qualification within childcare

* A clear and enhanced DBS on the Update system - (Remedy can help you with this)

* Right to work in the United Kingdom

* Ability to work individually and collaboratively within the nursery team.

* Having knowledge and clear understanding of Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and statutory requirements

* An enthusiastic and positive attitude with a genuine love for children

Duties, roles, and Responsibilities working within the nursery:

* Ensuring and making sure that the children's safety, wellbeing, and safeguarding is always prioritized.

* Supporting and encouraging the children's development

* Forming and creating a safe and exciting environment for the children.

* Managing the daily schedule including activities, Toilet breaks, rest, and lunch time

* Effectively and clearly communicating with children, parents, and professionals

* Feeding and changing the children
