An award-winning, independent, and forward-thinking Construction Consultancy is on the lookout for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving Birmingham team.

The Quantity Surveyor Role

As the Quantity Surveyor, you'll work closely with Senior Surveyors and Directors, working on a variety of exciting projects including Mixed-Use, Residential, Commercial Office, Education, Hotel, Leisure, and Retail developments. Based just a 7-minute walk from Snow Hill and 12 from New Street Station, you'll enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid working model, spending 2-3 days a week working remotely.

You'll take ownership of client-facing projects while mentoring junior team members, providing a platform to develop your leadership skills. With a clear path to Senior Quantity Surveyor, this role offers an excellent opportunity to grow into a managerial position, all while contributing to the firm's ambitious growth plans.

The Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

In order to be successful in this role, you will need:

A RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Construction Consultancy (ideally 3+ years)
A successful track record working on projects from inception to completion, pre & post contract
