ACR are currently working with one of East Anglia's largest privately owned house builders who due to continued growth, are looking to recruit an Assistant Quantity Surveyor.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

* Producing tender packs, chasing returns and compiling analysis of returns.

* Producing sub-contract payments and final accounts, ensuring that the sub-contractor has signed these off.

* Producing sub-contract orders, ensuring they are authorised by the authorised representative, together with all necessary documentation to comply with Group Commercial Policy.

* Completing on-site measurements and assess payments to contractors.

* Attending and contributing to various meetings, such as pre-order meetings, project review meetings with construction team as well as external contractors.

* Pricing customer extras and liaise with sales department as necessary.

* Assisting the Commercial Manager with take-off's for land appraisals when required

The ideal candidate will have:

* Previous experience already working for a House Builder as a Trainee or an Assistant Quantity Surveyor

* Coins experience

* Be located within 45 minutes from the office

* Drive and be able to visit sites
