You'll provide full commercial oversight and support across projects, ensuring all contractual and financial matters are proactively managed. Reporting into the Commercial Manager/Director, you'll be a trusted commercial partner to the wider project and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead all commercial activities during design and pre-construction phases.

Support tender bid compilation, AMP submission, and early contractor engagement.

Review and negotiate contracts with clients and subcontractors.

Prepare and submit interim valuations and financial reports.

*

Manage contract variations and final account agreements.

*

Administer and issue subcontractor payment notices in compliance with contract terms.

*

Support strategic decision-making through regular financial reporting.

*

Ensure contractual obligations and programme timelines are met.
