Lead Surveyor (B&CE) - Tidworth

£55,000 - 37.5 hrs/week

Our client is looking for an experienced Lead Surveyor (B&CE) to join their team in Tidworth. This is a hands-on role where you'll assess building condition, identify issues, and deliver solutions across a diverse estate.

Job Description

* Conduct B&CE surveys, RFHI & ESTC inspections

* Assess building fabric and identify defects

* Advise on historic building preservation

* Prepare insurance reinstatement assessments

* Review and validate draft asset condition reports

Requirements

* Technician or Incorporated Engineer membership (ICE, IStructE, or equivalent)

* HNC/HND or equivalent qualification

* Trade background or 3+ years' relevant experience

* Full UK driving licence

* Strong knowledge of building & CDM regulations

* Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills
