An established aerospace manufacturer is seeking a hands-on Production / Process Operative to join a specialist inspection and surface-treatment team. This role offers funded technical certification, structured training, and long-term career development in

The Role

You will work within a controlled process area preparing and inspecting components using a specialist dye penetrant inspection method. The role combines production, process work and quality inspection.

Responsibilities include:

  • Process components through a staged surface treatment and inspection line
  • Carry out penetrant inspection to detect surface defects and quality issues
  • Work to technical specifications, timing controls and process standards
  • Support commissioning of a newly installed processing line
  • Maintain accurate process and production records
  • Work closely with quality and production teams

The company will fully support you through formal external qualification training once established in the role.

What We’re Looking For

Aerospace experience is not required — we are looking for attitude and aptitude.
