We are looking for a Field Product Demonstrator based in or around Newbury and covering surrounding areas to join our Customer Excellence Team. In this role, you will travel to end-users' locations to demonstrate and explain the benefits of our vehicle adaptations.
Your responsibilities will include assessing customer needs, recommending solutions, and completing all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and understand customer needs
- Demonstrate our range of vehicle adaptations
- Complete paperwork promptly
- Attend shows and exhibitions as needed
- Develop a technical understanding of our products
Role Requirements:
- Proactive in understanding and meeting customer needs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Empathetic towards customers
- Ability to learn technical aspects of products
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Organized, self-motivated, and with a clean driving licence
