Contract Manager - I currently have an excellent opportunity available to join a large social housing contractor based in the East Midlands, working as a Contract Manager delivering various programmes of work within both occupied and void schemes.

As a Contract Manager you will be responsible for leading teams of tradesmen/women and a supervisor, delivering the following works :-

* Kitchen and bathroom installations

* Responsive works (changing doors, taps, filling holes etc.)

* Full void property refurbishments

* Damp and moult treatment

Further duties include managing operatives KPIs, ensuring relevant RAMS are in place, delivering toolbox talks, one to ones with your team, assisting with pricing of works, client meetings face to face and ensuring all work is carried out safely and on time.

The starting salary for the Contract Manager varies between £45-50k dependant on experience. A company car or car allowance will be on offer, value to be confirmed. You must have extensive experience within the social housing sector and ideally you will come from a trade background. An SMSTS/SSSTS qualification would be advantageous but not essential.
