Conveyancing Fee Earner – Halifax

Are you a Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner ready for your next opportunity? A well-established Yorkshire law firm with a strong regional reputation is expanding its Residential Property Department in response to continued growth.

The Role

As an integral part of the Residential Property team, you will manage your own caseload from initial instruction through to post-completion. The caseload will include a broad range of residential property matters, such as:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Transfers of equity
  • Remortgages
  • Shared ownership transactions
  • Help to Buy matters

Experience handling new build transactions would be advantageous, although it is not essential.

You will join a supportive and experienced team, with access to ongoing in-house training and structured career development.

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner
  • At least 1 year’s conveyancing experience (PQE or equivalent)
  • Confident managing a varied caseload with minimal supervision
  • Strong understanding of residential conveyancing procedures and legislation
  • New build experience desirable but not required
