Role

Our client is a UK market-leading contractor delivering complex façade remediation, retrofit/decarbonisation, and planned refurbishment projects across the UK. Due to continued growth and a secured pipeline of work, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead delivery on a major Energy Efficiency Contract for Nottingham City Council Housing Services - comprising three estates with a total project value of £9.3m.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead site operations, ensuring safe, high-quality, and efficient delivery of retrofit works.

* Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and logistics across multiple estate sites.

* Manage daily site reporting, progress tracking, and programme adherence.

* Maintain excellent communication with residents, the client team, and internal stakeholders.

* Uphold best practice in health & safety, quality, and environmental standards

* Drive productivity and maintain project performance within budget and time constraints.

About You

* Proven experience managing EWI, façade, or retrofit/decarbonisation projects.

* Strong background in occupied housing refurbishment.

* Excellent leadership and communication skills.

* SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid certification.

* A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to deliver complex programmes safely and efficiently.
