Business Development Manager

Salary: £25,000 - £50,000 basic + uncapped commission
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

The Opportunity

Are you a driven Business Development Manager who thrives on winning new business and building long-term client relationships? This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing logistics business where your success will be visible, rewarded, and directly impact growth.

You'll be trusted to build your own pipeline, convert opportunities into customers, and grow revenue through smart, consultative sales.

What You'll Be Doing

* Proactively generating new business and building a strong sales pipeline

* Converting leads into profitable, long-term customers

* Meeting clients virtually, over the phone, and face to face

* Understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions

* Building trusted relationships and identifying growth opportunities

* Working closely with internal teams to deliver excellent service

What We're Looking For

* Minimum 3 years proven experience in business development or sales (logistics or similar sectors preferred)

* Confident communicator with strong commercial awareness

* A self-starter mindset with the drive to exceed targets

* Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
