This position is a full-time, hourly, (CBA) working with the RTS-Med program at Ft. McCoy, WI.
Duties: Demonstrate subject matter expertise/mastery of the course content requirements. Demonstrate expertise and proficiency in the methods and techniques for delivery of instruction. Provide training and education (T&E) to prepare service members in area of expertise. Instruct individuals/teams/units in establishment and reconstitution of DEPMEDs. Ensure accountability and maintenance of assigned equipment. Provide instruction as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for duties in patient administration division of hospital or other medical activity. Areas of instruction include, but are not limited to: patient management, health records, functions to admit, discharge, and transfer patients, prepare reports, graphs, and charts on bed occupancy, staffing, dental health, medical care from civilian sources, and professional activities. Should be proficient in USTRANSCOM Regulating and Command and Control Evacuation System (TRAC2ES) and PAD MC4 functions.
Required Experience: Two years of recent experience with the United States Military as an officer or noncommissioned officer with a Patient Administration and Information AOC/MOS.
Required: Must have a valid driver’s license.
