We are expanding our team in Pershore due to a full order book and urgently seek to recruit customer service representatives to join the team on a permanent basis.

Day to Day Duties
The Customer Service advisor will be involved in:-
Processing orders on a timely basis to meet despatch times.
Ensuring delivery requirements are met and notified to the DC.
Liaising with Customers to ensure deliveries meet expectations.
Liaising with other Departments/Sales Team.
Resolving Customer claims on a timely basis.
Liaising with other Departments to resolve and agree stock issues.
Requirements of the successful Customer Service Advisor :-
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Able to demonstrate good IT / computer skills
• Join in with a busy but fun office
• Good numerical and literacy skills
• Pro-active in your approach
• Attention to detail and accuracy
Ideally you will have previous customer service skills, gained from an office, service industry or sales / retail environment.
