Artwork Compliance Specialist

Our client is one of the UK's leading food manufacturers operating across two sites in Leeds.

Production on site include some of the UK's best loved names in the UK's food market and we're proud to be working with these award-winning industry leaders whose brands take pride of place on supermarket shelves and in kitchen cupboards across the globe.

We are currently looking to recruit an Artwork Compliance Specialist to join our clients dynamic Specification team. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of the artwork review process and upholding the highest standards of compliance.

Key responsibilities of an Artwork Compliance Specialist will include;

Ownership of artwork check process and completion of the technical section of the artwork review form
Working closely with and support the specification team
Managing artwork consistency, accuracy and follow customer requirements from receipt of first version to final print proof sign off
Co-ordinating with marketing/GTM team to support product launch activity, and flagging where key dates are at risk of being missed
Support for spec team for checking & updating NPRF technical sections
The artwork controller may be asked to perform other duties as necessary to the companies requirements.
To ensure that the Company is professionally always represented, both inside and outside the business.
To protect the health, safety and welfare of the jobholder and others at all times.
Keeping updated with latest customer specific requirement/ legislation changes by taking an active role in continuously developing your skills and knowledge through self-development activities and/or through attending Company organised training and development opportunitiesSkills required to be a successful Artwork Compliance Specialist;

Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of legal labelling, particularly within the UK and EU legislative landscape.
Showcase previous experience in the meticulous process of artwork approval.
Possess the ability to work independently and take initiative in driving the artwork compliance process.
Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Showcase the ability to work seamlessly with multiple stakeholders, both as a team player and an individual contributor
Hold formal qualifications in legal labelling, providing a significant advantage.What's in it for you?
