Role Overview - Secondary Supply Teacher:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across KS3 and KS4 (subject specialism where possible)
• Maintain a safe and focused classroom environment
• Adapt to new schools quickly and follow each school's behaviour and safeguarding policies
• Inspire and engage students across various subject areas
• Provide feedback and support to students where needed

Requirements for a Supply Teacher:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) - essential
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Ability to teach confidently across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
• A flexible and adaptable approach to teaching
• Right to work in the UK and an enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply for one)
