About the Role
The Best Connection is recruiting a Sample Co-Ordinator for our client based in Goole. This role is ideal for someone with experience working with chemicals, preferably in a laboratory environment, who also has strong administrative and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate product samples, ensuring they are tracked, stored, and distributed correctly.
Maintain accurate documentation and a reliable tracking system for all samples.
Collaborate with internal teams, acting as a liaison between vendors, buyers, and colleagues.
Maintain sample inventory, ensuring materials are prepared for prototype sample development.
Conduct research into target markets, materials, trims, and potential suppliers.
Ensure sample integrity, making sure all samples are handled and recorded properly throughout the process.
The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience working with chemicals (essential).
Laboratory experience is desirable.
Strong administrative and organisational skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
