Residential Solicitor

You will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, working within a collaborative and professional environment that values clear communication and strong client care. Your day-to-day will include:

• Managing residential property transactions including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
• Delivering a high standard of client service with proactive and clear communication throughout each case
• Supervising and supporting support staff, helping to develop team capability
• Contributing to business development, networking, and maintaining strong client relationships

We're Looking For

• Qualified Residential Solicitor or Conveyancer with a minimum of 4 years PQE
• Strong experience managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently
• Excellent client care skills and a professional, approachable manner
• Confident using case management systems and legal software
• A team-focused individual who is organised, reliable, and motivated
