Salary: £22,000 - £28,000 basic | £35,000 - £40,000 OTE

Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a driven Sales Negotiator to join their team.
The Role
This is a fast-paced, client-facing role focused on residential sales, working within a busy and well-established office.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing applicant enquiries and building relationships
- Conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
- Supporting sales progression through to completion
Key responsibilities include:
- Registering applicants and understanding their requirements
- Booking and conducting viewings
- Negotiating and agreeing offers
- Maintaining regular contact with applicants and vendors
- Generating new business opportunities
- Supporting valuations where required
- Ensuring properties are marketed effectively
- Delivering a consistently high level of customer service

What You'll Need
- Previous experience in estate agency (sales preferred)
